RETURNS POLICY

The following returns policy does not limit your consumer rights under statute:

  1. Replacement or a refund: If you wish to seek resupply, replacement or a refund for a faulty or damaged product product, please contact us and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include you providing proof of purchase and evidence of the faulty product to us.

  2. Exchange: please choose your card with care; we unfortunately do not offer exchanges for change of mind returns. 

  3. Delivery timing return: Please take note of our estimated shipping timelines when purchasing your greeting card as we cannot offer a refund for cards that do not arrive in time to be gifted on a particular date.
